The House of Fairy Tales, Clumber Park, 8th and 9th August 2009

We all had an amazing time at the 'The House of Fairy Tales' in Clumber Park, Nottinghamshire last weekend. Myself and artist Carol Eason were in the 'Dreams and Nighmare Cave' where children shared their dreams and nightmares with us in the form of a monoprint and hung wishes on the wishing tree.

HILLSIDE SCHOOL FAIRY TALE MUSEUM PROJECT

I recently worked with Creative Partnerships at Hillside Primary School on a two and a half week project. We had so much fun making a large Cinderella fairy tale book of collagraph prints. The chilldren made one page between two of them and we also made some small boxes out of prints for Jack and the Beanstorks Beans. The museum looked excellent and the parents and staff were shown around it by the children.

'This is Bazaar'

'This is Bazaar' Craft and Design Market held at Bishop Blaize in Derby on July 5th was a huge success.

The second bazaar was held at the Quad, Market place, Derby, which was a great venue to be in and again it was a huge success.
