These images are from a series of ten that i am currently working on for an exhibition at Derby Royal Hospital in January 2018. Each image is inspired in some way by my family tree, from both sides of the family, they include family history as well as the present. The title of the show will be Alchemy. My images are linked to this, not so much by the actual imagery but the way in which they are created. I have used combination of printmaking processess in each image to create both photograph and hand drawn or printed areas.
